RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS EuROpE
Operated by IVS GmbH

Last updated: September 17, 2026

This Returns & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS EuROpE online store.

The Store is operated by IVS GmbH, which is the seller and contractual party for purchases made through the Store.

Orders are fulfilled in Europe by our third-party logistics and fulfillment partner, AMPHORA, located in Barcelona, Spain.

AMPHORA provides warehousing, fulfillment, shipping, and returns-handling services on behalf of IVS GmbH. AMPHORA is not the seller and is not the contractual party to your purchase.

1. OUR GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Except where required by applicable consumer law, all sales are final.

We do not voluntarily accept returns, exchanges, or refunds because:

  • You changed your mind;

  • You ordered the wrong size;

  • You selected the wrong product;

  • You no longer want the product;

  • You found the product elsewhere;

  • The product was subsequently discounted;

  • You failed to review the product description or sizing information;

  • You ordered multiple sizes with the intention of keeping only one;

  • A limited-edition or pre-order item is no longer wanted; or

  • For any other change-of-mind reason outside a mandatory statutory return or withdrawal right.

We accept and process claims where merchandise is:

  • Damaged;

  • Defective;

  • Incorrect;

  • Missing from the shipment; or

  • Otherwise not in conformity with the purchase contract.

Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or replaces mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

In particular, eligible consumers in the European Union and European Economic Area may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days even if the merchandise is not damaged.

2. EU/EEA STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer who is entitled to the statutory EU/EEA right of withdrawal, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from an eligible online purchase without providing a reason.

For purchases of goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day after you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

Where multiple goods from one order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period may begin when the last applicable item is received, as provided by applicable law.

This statutory withdrawal right exists separately from our commercial return policy.

Our policy that “all sales are final” does not eliminate a withdrawal right that applicable law grants to you.

3. HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, you must clearly notify us of your decision before the applicable withdrawal period expires.

Contact:

DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS EuROpE
Operated by IVS GmbH

Email: dtmfshop@merchexp.com

Your communication should include:

  • Your full name;

  • Order number;

  • Email address used to place the order;

  • Product or products you wish to withdraw from; and

  • A clear statement that you are exercising your right to withdraw from the purchase.

You do not need to provide a reason for exercising a valid statutory withdrawal right.

Where our Store provides an electronic withdrawal function, you may also exercise your withdrawal right using that function.

Use of our preferred return process does not eliminate a statutory withdrawal right where you have otherwise validly exercised that right.

4. ELECTRONIC WITHDRAWAL FUNCTION

Where required by applicable law, the Store will provide an electronic function through which eligible consumers can submit a withdrawal declaration online.

Following submission through that function, an electronic acknowledgment of receipt will be provided in accordance with applicable law.

The availability of an electronic withdrawal function does not prevent you from exercising your withdrawal right through another legally permitted method, including by emailing us at:

dtmfshop@merchexp.com

5. RETURNING GOODS AFTER A STATUTORY WITHDRAWAL

After notifying us that you are exercising a statutory withdrawal right, you must return the merchandise within the timeframe required by applicable law.

For EU consumer withdrawals, this will generally be no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw.

Before shipping merchandise, please contact:

dtmfshop@merchexp.com

We will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.

European returns are handled through our fulfillment partner:

DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS EuROpE
c/o AMPHORA
[AMPHORA RETURN STREET ADDRESS]
[POSTAL CODE] Barcelona
Spain

Do not send merchandise to IVS GmbH's registered corporate address unless specifically instructed to do so.

6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS FOR CHANGE-OF-MIND WITHDRAWALS

If you exercise your statutory withdrawal right because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the merchandise, except where applicable law requires otherwise or we expressly agree to bear those costs.

We do not provide prepaid return labels for ordinary change-of-mind withdrawals unless expressly stated otherwise.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of shipment until your return has been completed.

You are responsible for appropriately packaging the merchandise to protect it during return transportation.

This section does not apply to shipping costs that IVS GmbH is legally required to bear in connection with damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming merchandise.

7. CONDITION OF CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

A statutory withdrawal right permits you to inspect merchandise to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Returned merchandise should, where reasonably possible, be:

  • Unwashed;

  • Unworn except for reasonable fitting or inspection;

  • Unaltered;

  • Free from stains;

  • Free from odors;

  • Free from avoidable damage;

  • Returned with included accessories; and

  • Returned with original tags and packaging where still available.

For clothing, reasonable inspection generally includes carefully trying the garment on to assess its size and fit.

If merchandise has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, or functioning, you may be responsible for any resulting reduction in value to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Removing packaging or trying on a product does not, by itself, automatically eliminate a statutory withdrawal right.

8. DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible:

dtmfshop@merchexp.com

Please include:

  • Your full name;

  • Order number;

  • Email address used for the order;

  • Description of the damage;

  • Photographs of the damaged product;

  • Photographs of the external shipping packaging;

  • Photographs of the internal packaging, where relevant; and

  • A photograph showing the shipping label where reasonably possible.

These photographs help us evaluate the claim and, where appropriate, submit a claim with the shipping carrier.

Please retain the damaged merchandise and all original packaging until we advise you whether they need to be returned.

Do not dispose of damaged merchandise before your claim has been reviewed unless necessary for health or safety reasons.

Requesting photographs or other reasonable evidence does not limit any mandatory statutory rights you may have.

9. PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING

If merchandise is damaged while being transported to you by a carrier selected or offered by us, please contact us.

The use of a third-party shipping carrier does not eliminate IVS GmbH's obligations as the seller where we bear the transportation risk under applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances and your applicable legal rights, we may provide an appropriate remedy such as:

  • Replacement;

  • Repair, where appropriate;

  • Price reduction; or

  • Refund.

If a return is required because the merchandise arrived damaged, you will not be required to bear return shipping costs where applicable law places those costs on us.

10. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If a product is defective or does not function or conform as reasonably expected, contact:

dtmfshop@merchexp.com

Please provide your order number and a description of the defect.

We may request reasonable photographs, video, or other information necessary to understand the issue.

Where merchandise is defective or otherwise fails to conform to the sales contract, you are entitled to the remedies provided by applicable consumer law.

Depending on the circumstances, applicable remedies may include:

  • Repair;

  • Replacement;

  • Price reduction; or

  • Termination of the contract and refund.

Any remedy will be provided in accordance with the requirements and sequence established by applicable law.

11. INCORRECT PRODUCTS OR SIZES SENT BY US

If we send you:

  • The wrong product;

  • The wrong color;

  • The wrong size;

  • The wrong quantity; or

  • An item different from what appears on your confirmed order,

please contact:

dtmfshop@merchexp.com

Include your order number and photographs reasonably showing the merchandise received.

If the error is ours, we will provide an appropriate remedy and will bear return shipping costs where required by applicable law.

Please note that this section applies when we shipped something different from what you ordered.

If you selected the wrong size or product when placing your order and we correctly fulfilled the order you submitted, that is considered a change-of-mind matter rather than an incorrect shipment.

Any statutory withdrawal right available to you remains unaffected.

12. SIZE EXCHANGES

We do not offer voluntary size exchanges.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable size chart and selecting their desired size before completing an order.

If you ordered the wrong size, we are not required to provide a voluntary exchange.

If you are still within an applicable statutory withdrawal period, you may exercise that right in accordance with this Policy and, if desired, place a separate order for another size.

Merchandise availability is not guaranteed.

Because many products may be limited edition, sold in limited quantities, or produced according to specific production runs, the replacement size may no longer be available.

13. LIMITED-EDITION MERCHANDISE

Merchandise may be released in limited quantities or for limited periods.

Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, limited-edition merchandise is not eligible for voluntary returns, exchanges, or refunds.

However, describing merchandise as:

  • Limited edition;

  • Exclusive;

  • Limited release;

  • Tour merchandise;

  • Artist merchandise; or

  • Collector merchandise

does not by itself eliminate a mandatory statutory withdrawal right.

Mandatory rights concerning damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming merchandise also remain unaffected.

14. PRE-ORDER MERCHANDISE

Certain products may be sold on a pre-order basis and manufactured or fulfilled after the order is placed.

Estimated production, dispatch, or delivery periods will be communicated through the applicable product page, checkout, order confirmation, or other relevant communication.

Except where applicable law provides otherwise, pre-order merchandise is not eligible for voluntary returns simply because:

  • The customer no longer wants the product;

  • The customer changes their mind outside the applicable statutory withdrawal period;

  • The product is taking the disclosed amount of time to produce;

  • The product is not immediately available; or

  • The customer would prefer another product.

However, pre-order status alone does not eliminate a mandatory statutory withdrawal right.

Mandatory rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming goods also remain unaffected.

15. PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

Certain statutory withdrawal rights may not apply to merchandise that is genuinely made according to a customer's individual specifications or clearly personalized for that customer, where the applicable legal requirements for that exception are satisfied.

Examples may include products individually personalized with:

  • A customer's name;

  • Customer-selected personalized text;

  • Customer-selected individualized artwork; or

  • Other unique specifications specifically selected by the customer.

A standard product does not become personalized merely because:

  • It is made after the order is received;

  • It is a pre-order;

  • It is a limited edition;

  • It is manufactured in small quantities; or

  • Production begins only after the sales period closes.

Rights concerning defective or non-conforming personalized merchandise remain unaffected.

16. LOST SHIPMENTS

Please provide your order number and shipping information.
